Items in stock are despatched within 2-3 working days from the receipt of payment and most deliveries will take place within 48 hours of despatch. A tracking number will be provided on eBay. Some of the larger items have a longer despatch and delivery date, please check shipping information under each individual listing. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday 09.00 to 18.00. Customer will be notified by the courier regarding failed delivery attempts. Courier must be contacted by the customer to arrange re-delivery or collection. Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days, less ?any charges for delivery. Customers will receive a notification when their order is despatched from our warehouse.

Domestic Orders The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer for each specific order. Some of our listings offer free postage to the UK mainland only and do not offer delivery services to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Island areas. The Scottish Highlands, or other offshore UK locations may incur additional costs due to courier surcharges. We are unable to change delivery address details once the order is despatched, therefore we humbly request all our customers to contact us ASAP (before the order is despatched), should they need to change the delivery address after placing the order. Customers must ensure that they have an up to date daytime telephone number on their account, should we need to contact them regarding their order. International Orders All international orders are shipped via eBay Global Shipping Programme, therefore all custom duties for international orders are managed by the eBay under this programme and the orders are fully protected under eBay protection policies, until delivered to the customer safely. Refunds Please be aware that we can only issue refund once the item is returned back to us as per eBay Terms & Conditions. Communication We can be contacted at any time through eBay messages for any product or order related information and questions, queries, comments or requests. We aim to respond to every query within 24 hours and do our best to help our customers. We encourage our customers to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding their orders. Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel The customer must notify us of their intent to cancel/return within 30 days of the order receipt. Please contact us through eBay and we will issue a unique RMA return number and the return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and adequate courier insurance. Returned items must be in their original and un-used condition, complete with all parts, accessories and original/undamaged packaging. A full refund of the order total will be processed, following the successful return of the item to us and inspected by a member of our returns team. Returning a faulty item For any item that is being delivered in damaged condition, the customer must notify us immediately (within 48hrs). In the unlikely event of item being faulty upon arrival, please contact us via eBay and we will be more than happy to assist. For faulty items, we will provide free return/postage label return via eBay, this will include our address and a unique RMA return number. Larger faulty items will be collected free of charge by our own courier, upon prior arrangement.
